We have identified that this issue is resulting from a Mailgun outage. Mailgun is currently working on a solution to this issue. You can also check the status on mailgun's page under "Intermittent Email Validation Errors" https://status.mailgun.com/

Unable to Answer Incoming Calls

We are currently experiencing an ongoing issue affecting incoming calls across the platform. Users on both the mobile app and web app are reporting that incoming calls are not connecting properly — calls continue ringing and cannot be picked up.

This impacts customers using both LC Phone and Twilio-integrated numbers.
Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a fix. We’ll provide the next update as soon as we have more information or a resolution timeline.
